This course is designed for beginners, but is also a good refresher course. It covers the history and purpose of meditation. This course will teach you how to get started, how to create a sanctuary, about the different types of breathing, and some basic visualization exercises. Starting with lesson 3, each lesson will provide you with a meditation exercise. You will learn several types of meditation, including visual, vocal, and walking meditations.
